My Let's Cre8 Together Experience

The summer camp ,,Let’s Cre8 Together ‘’was the most exciting camp ever.My life really changed a lot.Thanks to the fantastic workshops I had a great time and an excellent opportunity to open my mind and soul and make a difference .Thanks to the irreplaceable instructors I realized that i own a spirit full of creation and achievement and fortunately i learnt how to show this. My first experience with camera was the most beautiful thing I have ever done. Furthermore I learnt how to express my ideas through media in a way they can affect and inspire other young people. Day 7 - Time to watch and relax!

Let's cre8 together creative Chefs have served the the Let's cre8 together house specialty,

 packed in 1,5 hours event that took place in Strumica's Dom na ARM.

We are more than delighted for having the honor of receiving endless s

upport by the Major of Strumica, who attended the event and set an example of how the local government should support youth activism.

The event celebration was followed by a even sweeter dessert spiced with disco party flavor. All Let's cre8 together creative creatures continued celebrating the successful course round up in one of the best night clubs in Macedonia. We discovered many dancing super stars during the wild party that lasted till early morning hours.

Day 6 - Shoot me baby!

This Thursday the shooting of the short movies happened that are made as a result of the creativity and the hard work the participants put in. The 3 videos made on the Let’s Cre8 Together training course were recorded on multiple locations, in Strumica, in and around of the hotel. Between the short breaks and the meals, the participants constantly worked on setting the scenes, rehearsing the movement, planning for the next shot etc. At the end of the day there all of us had a relaxing friendly night, with positive expectations of the events coming with the next day.

Day 5 – Watch out for waterfalls

Today in the morning we put our feet in the trainers, our body in sport wear and sunglasses on our heads, we got in the bus and started a half an hour journey to a destination naturale - Koleshino waterfalls! We were hiking to the place and got bit tired but it was worth it - we all got amazed by the beauty of the waterfalls! We refreshed ourselves and really enjoyed the lunch by the waterfalls. After that, we had an afternoon in the city of Strumica and got a chance to meet the city, fell its rhythm, drink coffee/beer in the local cafes, play pool and learn the prizes in the shops. ☺ At the end of the day, we sat down and discussed the script that we need to film tomorrow. We are looking forward to it (even if we know that it is going to be extra intensive). ☺☺

Day 4 - Culture Day

Besides all the activities and obligations the participants during the day, they managed to organise a wonderful "Cultural night". The point of this night was for the participants to present their cultures, each country with their specific goods. The point of it, was that, the participants were presenting their countries with some of their special goods: wine, food traditional songs and dance, places worth seeing, and their history. Plenty of their personal experiences were told performed and seen: the small social games from their neighborhoods, the sensual tastes of the wine and home cooked meals, the content of outdoor activities and the beauty of the natural landscapes... At the end of the small, but very cute evening, on every person that was present in that moment you could see on their faces that most of them have a lot of common things, experiences, thoughts... that the project lets cre8 together is not just a gathering of a group of young people with common interests, but being the youth working and joining together, in order to cooperate together in whatever is coming in the future.

Day 3 - Groovy Pool Waves Come

Fully fulfilled and fun-exhausting day! Sessions continued with the same tempo, involving the participants into the world of camera handling, script writing and active citizenship, in between being splashed by the pool groovy waves. The side sessions which took place later of the day, presented them a “blood-rushing” enjoyment. The “treasure-hunting” groups raced themselves through a serial of bases, being guided by association signs, facing different ways of getting through a wire, 25 pen simulating usages, doing push ups, writing “Let’s cre8 together” song and pulling a rope. At the end, both the groups finished together and shared the prices: frisbees, a ball and bubble-makers. The parallel session made a cre8ive rebirth for the attendant participants in the field of the sticker art. As a prize for all the participants’ involvement and their effort, they were rewarded with a relaxing night by the pool which they turned it into a party where some of them were chitchatting, some dancing and some contesting at throwing coins. No person’s smile was excluded! ☺

Day 2 - Teambuild me up!

Since many of us were extremely eager to get to know people even more we decided to squeeze in an hour-and-a-half team-building session after breakfast. Some four groups and ten games later, the time came for the ultimate challenge ☺ Tug of war !!!! Of course the most team-builded team won and literally devoured their prize ☺ An extremely tasty watermelon ☺ The day continued in the same spirit of togetherness and the groups soon met with their facilitators and had their 1st session. At the end of the day, a well-deserved party-by-the-pool happened.
